Common Facts & Questions

1. Do you ship overseas?

1. Currently we can only ship spore prints & merch overseas, please if you are outside the USA do not order grains or live gourmet cultures. We will have to cancel such orders and an email will be sent to confirm your refund. (At this time only USPS Priority international mail includes tracking overseas.) 

2. Im in the USA, Can I order spores legally?

2. You can order spores legally in the USA for microscopy research purposes, as food seasoning or for art work; however, at this time CA, ID & GA still have restrictions on cubensis spores. Please check your local laws as you assume full responsibility and intent with the products ordered. 

3. How long till my order ships?

3. Orders will typically ship within 5-7 business days. Some Pre-Sterilized grain order can take up to 7 days. We can mail on Sundays too! We mail 2-3xs a week, Ravens are deployed early in the mornings, chances are if you ordered during the day, it won't ship till at least the following business day. If you receive a notice that the label was created it means the order is processing, it doesn't mean it's been dropped of yet.

4. Do you provide any guarantee against contaminations? Do you do Replacements?

4. MagicMyco stands behind all its work provides a guarantee whether it be spore syringe, gourmet culture, or pre-sterilized gear. All our work is done in a lab by Doma who does this every day and is certified various lab fields. We guarantee our work is not D.O.A and offer free replacements on DOA or broken items only. For replacements, please purchase the "Weatherized Packing & Replacements Guarantee" option on your items and we will replace up to 30 days on microscopy specimens, cultures or spore syringes for any reason whatsoever. We want to see you succeed and it's in our best interest to send it right and see you get it right. Be that as it may any longer than 30 days and you must place a new order. * All sales are final. We cannot accept return or refunds. We should not replace items unless D.O.A or broken. We cannot replace cultures or spores without a "Weatherized Replacement Guarantee" Please choose the option on such items you feel the need for or foresee the need for replacements.  Replacements will be issued within 3-7 days of redeeming on our end

5. I received an email that my order has shipped but its still not showing on the tracking system.

5. We pre-print our labels and do shipping info before heading to post the ravens for flight. Then when we do drop the ravens; it sometimes takes a full day before USPS shows it in their system, it's on the way! Fear not it will post and show!

6. I don't want anyone knowing what I am ordering, How does the package come? Also the weather may be harsh, will the contents be spoiled?

6. The package is just a regular looking package. There are no logos or branding on the outside of the box, nor any business name. However the internal packaging may contain such branding. There are options for such items to remove branding at no additional fee. As far as weather, there are also options under such perishable items for "weatherized shipping" select this option if you feel you need such a service for an additional fee of $10. We do not warranty perishable items spoiled by the weather if you did not select "Weatherized packaging" on those items. It is generally a non issue and the way we package as of late we don't see much concern unless its extremely hot or cold.
